Grace’s Kitchen

Rethink the frozen food aisle.

Challenge: Create brand and packaging system that elevates frozen food to healthy, natural and gourmet status.

Strategy: Create a lifestyle brand in the freezer case. Reduce the number of offerings and focus on approachable epicurean recipes. Repackage with beautifully styled lifestyle photography to show the gourmet quality of the entrees.

Results: Explosive growth. Distribution increased from 30 stores to over 1000 in first quarter after launch. Before they were sold in 2008 production grew to over 60,000 meals per month.
