Reflect core values through in-store experience while improving shopability.

Challenge: PCC had successfully integrated our original brand strategy work into employee and customer engagement but had yet to implement it in-store. The stores were feeling dated and out-of–sync with their credo.

Strategy: Create an in-store voice that celebrates life’s seasons. Establish an in-store branded environment toolbox of materials that demonstrates PCC values in action (organic, local, community and commitment to sustainable farming) while improving overall shopping experience.

Results: PCC launched their new in-store experience to rave reviews. We’ll keep you posted on how it performs.
