Bring category leadership and premium promise keeping to a specialized outdoor brand.
Challenge: Cost engineering had effectively designed the soul out of the Ruffwear brand.

Strategy: Leverage packaging and social media to tell the story of how dogs and their human companions grow closer through shared experiences. Focus on ways to demonstrate the proprietary hardware designs that make Ruffwear different than all other pet gear.

Result: Ruffwear’s new brand platform and packaging systems has created a category of one. The new strategy has set them up for greater distribution to an international tribe of outdoor enthusiast dog lovers.
