By day, Kat uses design thinking, writing skills and her love of research to help brands win at shelf. By night she is either in a group exercise class, cooking up a storm, or seeing live music. In between Friday and Monday you will find her hiking with her dog Chaco (yes, like the sandal) or at local breweries.

Mountains of Italy—it’s my two favorite things combined
What is your most embarrassing moment?
When I was in 4th grade, I was inspired by Brittney Spears to wear blue leather snakeskin pants and jacket, but when I bent over to get something out of my locker, I split my pants.
